This is a large scale project. An homage to the childhood passion of the Gentil Garçon for encyclopedias, this editorial object uses the same principle: key-words, articles and illustrations attached to the key-words, an alphabetical organization. More than 40 articles signed by different contributors, artists or critics, in a transversal and thematic perspective on the work. In complimentary notes, geographic maps indicating the places where the artist has worked or made exhibition, astronomical maps indexing the constellations of artists that had influenced him, or even a chronological frieze that puts the artist's life in relation to cultural contexts or the, sometimes minor, historical events that have influenced his work.
