Hervé Bezet
Four works were produced in the context of an artistic residency at l'Appart (Association en attendant les cerises productions, Poitiers). The project consisted of making visible and sharing all the moments of the production of an “unfolded” film with the public. Hervé Bezet transformed his residence into a meeting room for a commission from the CNC. The video “Casting” shows a mix of interviews with both amateurs and professionals. The work of maturing, of fiction, of scenario-making materializes in “Résau de Neurones (Neuron Network).” The length of production and professional conditions of the set were like those of the film Avatar. Each moment gave shape to a form (two installations and two films) and a shared experience of cinema.
